Newbeauty.com has a "Five Second Makeover" tool that allows you to get an idea of what you'll look like after plastic surgery. I uploaded a photo and got straight to work. (The tool works best with Internet Explorer - not Firefox.)
This is me, without PhotoShop.
This is me, with imaginary:
- forehead lift;
- eye contouring;
- lip augmentation;
- frown line injections;
- nasolabial injections;
- rhinoplasty (nose job);
- and "weight reduction."
Whaddya think?
ow, scarey. I like the real you so much better!

Hold the eye contouring. No need.
The rest is gilding the lily.

Oh no!!!! You are already strikingly beautiful. This 'enhancement' erases character. There is such a thing as too beautiful - and then people don't take you for your real worth. I've seen it - friends who are drop dead gorgeous and talented, but seen as a little, shall we say 'light' in other departments.
But, all that being said, I was talking to my mother the other day. She's still gorgeous at 74+. She had some small work done in her mid-40s, not a lot - and she's not sorry. Even still she reaps the benefits when it counts -- thirty years later.
PS - She continues to ponder if she should have had that nose job. We told her it's too late for that. Besides, I'd give up my ski-slope "cute" nose for her beautiful, Roman nose any day.

Nope. Definitely like the real you better. Besides, that would cost a literal shitload to have done.
