St. Francis models this fetching hooded towel - whipped up last night from a pattern in Last Minute Fabric Gifts.
Start to finish, I think it took me three hours. It would have gone much faster if I could have located one of my three rotary cutters. I used a cotton chenille remnant and a vintage bedsheet from my stash. I love working with vintage sheets - after so many launderings, the fabric is wonderfully soft. I would absolutely make this again.
I know the littlest one will feel cozy and warm after his swims in the pool or baths before bed. I wish I had time to take a better photo, but I'm already well past the birthday deadline!
Very cool!
